Return and Refund

At Merrick Attire, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to make the process as easy as possible.

1. Returns

  • Eligibility: You may return most new, unworn, and unused items purchased from Merrick Attire within Insert Return Period, e.g., 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
  • Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return:
    • Gift cards
    • Sale or clearance items
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Undergarments, swimwear, or any intimate apparel for hygiene reasons

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Email us at  [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a return authorization and further instructions.
  2. Prepare the Package: Carefully package the items in their original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Ship the Return: Ship the items to the address provided by our customer service team. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

  • Refund Timeframes: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your card issuer or payment provider. If you haven’t received your refund please contact your payment provider or bank.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item sent). In such cases, we will also cover the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please follow the return process above and indicate in your email that you would like an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement item to you at no additional cost (for domestic exchanges).

If the desired item is not available, we will issue a refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order number and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover all associated shipping costs.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after the processing time has passed, please check the following steps:
